If you are new to this site and contemplating a career change, don’t believe everything you read in the press. In the US of A, we will still sell 10,000,000 New cars this year and probably that many used cars! And you can be a part of that. There are still dealers looking for salespeople. Granted not as many as in the boom years but if you get in now you will be ready when the dam bursts and everyone comes flooding back to the dealerships!
I’ll bet a lot of people told you, “Hey, you should be selling cars?” Just by visiting this website, tells me that you might agree! There are a lot of ways to get into the business. Most people just answer an ad and go to an interview and tell the HR person there that they think they can sell cars because everyone told them so. Or they say that they sold their own car and it was really easy. I have a better way. Learn HOW TO SELL CARS FIRST! THEN go in and get a job.
